I am a passionate leader and strategic thinker with a love for collaboration and innovation to support a core focus around people and our planet. I get great joy in bringing diverse people together to tackle the challenges of projects and life.
The older I get the more I want to learn; from people, about people, to teach and to grow to best improve communities and our planet.
I get excited by helping individuals and businesses identify and realise their dreams and aspirations… as well as finding and connecting like-minded collaborators and conspirators.
I'm a husband, father, brother, friend, mate and enjoy helping people, supporting and guiding their growth (calling/career and/or personal) to see them become the best they can be.
I have a particular drive and passion to see the construction industry evolve through research, development and implementation of Modern Methods of Construction, exploring and understanding new and emerging technologies.
While seeking to change and evolve both myself and those around me, I understand the natural resistance and uncertainty driven by change. This understanding guides my approach and engagement.
