Another decade... A different approach

Having shared my reflections on 2019, I am now excited to share my thoughts and plans for 2020 and through this new decade.
(For those of you like me.... are we at the end or the start of the decade? look here)…
After many years in different project roles, involved with feasibility, business cases to project planning, procurement and delivery, change, commissioning and relocations, it has become crystal to me that successful projects are achieved by establishing and supporting effective teams, made up of a diversity of people (I'll offer my thoughts on diversity at another time), at the right time and stage of a program/project.
From the 24th December 2019, Foment Collective Pty Ltd became a registered company.
Foment Collective is a company established with a passion for and focus on people.

My goals in establishing Foment Collective are to:
Link like-minded and relevant skilled people for challenges, tasks, projects;
Join my skills with projects for specific elements and time which add value;
Establish a thought collective, where problems can be discussed, shared and possibly resolved;
Learn and support learning;
Support organisations seeking to change, whether cultural, workplace or work methods;
Provide and support Advocacy, in approaches to work and industry change; and
…........
While I am sure the above will evolve and mature, hopefully, this gives you an incite and maybe prompts a question or two.
